Common questions

Some brands take time to scrape after being added. If products haven't appeared within 24 hours, reach out and we'll look into it.
Prices are pulled from brand websites and may occasionally be out of date. Always verify the final price on the brand's site before purchasing.
We currently support Shopify-based stores. Support for other platforms is coming — let us know which brands you'd like to see and we'll prioritise them.
Returns are handled directly by the brand you purchased from. Drip is not involved in the transaction — check the brand's website for their return policy.
Email us at support@dripp.fashion with the subject "Delete my account" and we'll process your request within 30 days.
No. Purchases are completed directly on the brand's website. Drip never sees or stores your payment details.
