Last updated: May 18, 2026
Acceptance of terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Drip application or website (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
Drip is currently in early access beta. These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Description of service
Drip is a fashion discovery and aggregation platform that allows users to follow brands, browse product feeds, save products, submit brand URLs, and navigate to brand websites to make purchases. Drip aggregates publicly available product data from third-party brand storefronts and organizes it into a personalized interface.
Drip is not a retailer, reseller, brand agent, fulfilment provider, or merchant of record. We do not sell products, hold inventory, process brand orders, take title to goods, control brand pricing, or guarantee stock. When you purchase a product through a link on Drip, you are purchasing directly from the brand or retailer, subject to that brand's own terms and conditions.
We make no guarantee that any product, brand, or feature will be available at any given time. During the beta period, the Service may be modified, restricted, or discontinued without notice.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using Drip, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have parental or guardian consent to use the Service.
User accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
You may not create accounts using automated means, create accounts for others without their consent, or impersonate any person or entity.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abuse, or are otherwise determined to be harmful to the Service or other users.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Service by automated means
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Interfere with the operation of the Service or its servers
- Use the Service to transmit spam, malware, or any harmful content
- Circumvent any access controls, rate limits, or security measures
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or organisation
Product information & accuracy
Product data displayed on Drip — including names, descriptions, images, prices, and availability — is sourced automatically from third-party brand websites. We do not manually verify this information.
We make no warranty that product information is accurate, complete, or current. Prices and availability are subject to change at the source brand's discretion. Always verify final price and availability on the brand's website before purchasing.
Product images and other media displayed in Drip are owned by and remain the property of the respective brand. Drip does not claim ownership of third-party content.
Third-party content
The Service displays content sourced automatically from third-party websites. Drip does not screen, moderate, or control third-party content in real time. In exceptional circumstances — such as a brand's storefront being compromised — inappropriate content may appear temporarily before we are able to detect and remove it.
Drip is not responsible for third-party content. If you encounter content that is offensive, illegal, inaccurate, infringing, privacy-invasive, unsafe, or otherwise inappropriate, please report it immediately to support@dripp.fashion. We will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include correcting a listing, disabling a product, removing a brand, restricting user content, or escalating to the source brand.
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience only. Drip does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for third-party websites or their content. Your use of third-party websites is at your own risk and subject to those sites' own terms.
Purchases & transactions
All purchases made through links on Drip are transactions between you and the relevant brand or retailer. Drip is a referral and discovery layer only. Drip is not a party to any such transaction and accepts no liability for:
- The quality, safety, or legality of products purchased
- The accuracy of product listings
- Product warnings, recalls, sizing, materials, allergens, or regulatory compliance
- A brand's failure to fulfil an order
- Returns, refunds, or disputes arising from a purchase
- Shipping, customs, taxes, duties, or fees imposed by the brand or applicable law
- Brand website outages, checkout errors, payment failures, or customer-service decisions
For any issue relating to a purchase, you must contact the brand directly. Drip has no ability to intervene in transactions, issue refunds, or resolve fulfilment disputes.
Brand website click-throughs
Drip does not currently participate in an affiliate network for brand website links. When you click through to a brand's website from Drip, you interact with that brand directly.
Commercial relationships, if introduced later, will not influence which brands or products appear in your feed. Recommendations are based solely on your stated preferences and usage patterns, not on commercial arrangements with brands.
Intellectual property
The Drip application, its design, code, and original content are the property of Drip and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Drip's original content without our written permission.
All brand names, logos, product images, and trademarks displayed on Drip belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on the platform does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of Drip.
The Service uses third-party APIs, SDKs, and open-source software, each subject to their own licences and terms. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in such third-party materials.
User-generated content
If you submit content to Drip — including reviews, feedback, or profile information — you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and reproduce that content in connection with the Service.
You are solely responsible for content you submit. You represent that your content does not infringe any third-party rights, violate privacy or publicity rights, mislead users, contain malware, or include unlawful, defamatory, harassing, discriminatory, or harmful material.
We may remove, restrict, label, or decline to display user content or brand submissions at any time where we believe doing so is necessary to protect users, comply with law, enforce these Terms, or preserve the quality of the Service. We are not obligated to monitor all content before it appears.
Notice, takedown & platform safety
To report unlawful content, privacy-invasive data, unsafe listings, impersonation, trademark misuse, non-fashion spam, or other platform abuse, email support@dripp.fashion. Include the URL or screenshot, the reason for the report, your contact information, and any supporting details that help us assess the issue.
We may remove or restrict reported content while reviewing it. Where appropriate, we may notify the affected user or brand, permit a response, keep records of the moderation action, or report serious abuse to service providers or legal authorities. Repeated abusive submissions or repeated rights violations may lead to account suspension.
For EU users, support@dripp.fashion is our point of contact for notices relating to illegal content on the Service. We aim to handle notices in a timely, diligent, non-arbitrary, and proportionate way.
Copyright & DMCA notices
Copyright agent: Drip Copyright Agent, support@dripp.fashion. If you believe content on Drip infringes your copyright, send a notice to the copyright agent that includes: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the copyrighted work; identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location on Drip; your contact information; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act for the owner.
If content you submitted was removed due to a copyright notice and you believe removal was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice with your contact information, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed by mistake or misidentification, and consent to the jurisdiction required by applicable law.
Drip may remove allegedly infringing content and may terminate repeat infringers where appropriate. Where required to rely on DMCA safe harbor, we will maintain a publicly available designated-agent listing and registration with the U.S. Copyright Office.
Subscriptions & auto-renewal
Drip does not currently offer paid subscriptions. If we introduce paid subscriptions, we will clearly disclose the recurring price, billing period, renewal terms, trial terms if any, cancellation method, and how to avoid charges before you subscribe. We will obtain affirmative consent before starting an automatically renewing subscription and will provide an easy cancellation mechanism as required by applicable law, including California automatic-renewal rules where they apply.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content obtained through the Service.
This disclaimer applies with particular force during the current early access beta period, during which the Service may be unstable, incomplete, or subject to change without notice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Drip and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or data
- Loss arising from your reliance on product information displayed on the Service
- Loss arising from purchases made through brand links
- Loss arising from third-party content displayed on the Service
- Loss arising from interruption, suspension, or termination of the Service
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) £50.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Drip and its operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
Beta service
Drip is currently in early access beta. During this period:
- The Service may be unstable, subject to outages, or temporarily unavailable
- Features may be added, changed, or removed without notice
- Data, including account information and preferences, may be reset
- The Service may be discontinued entirely
We are not liable for any loss arising from the beta nature of the Service. We recommend you do not rely on the Service as your sole record of any wardrobe items or purchase history during the beta period.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, with or without notice, including for violation of these Terms.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@dripp.fashion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date above and, where appropriate, by notifying you within the app. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
